You will have the overview of all users for each domain (primary and aliases), organised by job title, department, and organisational unit, exactly like in the Google Workspace Directory.
User information inside the app will always stay updated by Google Directory Service.
Filter out users according to your preferences, check their currently applied signatures, and/or choose and apply default or personalized signature.

Trackable Marketing Campaigns
SignPro enables you to upload trackable banners with destination link, that you can include to any signature. Your email readers will be sent to your chosen destination immediately after they tap the banner.
You will be able to create personalised visuals for marketing campaign purposes, such as business proposals, events promotion, commercial campaigns, etc., and generate traffic to the desired destination. With this option, you will get additional marketing channel and turn your team members into organisation’s ambassadors and promotors.
NB! The tracking feature will be fully available in the next release! Each click that your email reader will make on the signature banner will be included in the banner statistics. You will know how much traction your campaign gets.
